The Services To Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Contract Include Planning And Construction Services As A Total Contractor For The Turnkey Construction Of Sports Halls In Schwerte, Along With Outdoor Facilities And Any Necessary Dismantling Work. The Client Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Framework Contract Partner Who, On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Will Provide Planning And Construction Services For Sports Halls (Three Single-Field Sports Halls And Two Three-Field Sports Halls) As A Total Contractor. The Client Is Entitled, But Not Obliged, To Access The Services Within The Four-Year Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Limited To The Services Required To Build Up To Five Sports Halls. The Estimated Order Value Of All Individual Orders To Be Provided On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Is Approximately Eur 23.0 Million. On The Basis Of A Respective Individual Order, The Framework Contract Partner Takes Over The Complete Planning, Including All Necessary Specialist Planning, As Well As The Turnkey Construction Of The Respective Sports Hall According To The Functional And Qualitative Specifications Of The Client.
