Construction Work For Manufacturing Plants – Construction Of Building Construction Measures, Outdoor Facilities And Traffic Areas In Connection With The Production Of Hydrogen. Stadtwerke Stuttgart Gmbh (Sws) Is Implementing The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart Project At Am Mittelkai 25, 70327 Stuttgart. The Project Includes, Among Other Things, Hydrogen Production With Subsequent Compressors And Storage, A Hydrogen Pipeline, A Trailer Filling System, A Battery Storage System And Electrical Engineering Systems. The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of A New Company And Visitor Building As Well As The Associated Outdoor Facilities As Part Of The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart Project. The Service Is To Be Offered As A General Contractor Service. The Service Is Divided Into Two Sub-Areas: • Part 1 Building Construction Measures Kg 300 Incl. Kg 400 (Detailed Functional Tender) • Part 2 Outdoor Facilities And Traffic Areas Kg 500 (List Of Services With Dimensions And Positions) (Hereinafter Referred To As “Construction Services”) The Construction Services Must Be Coordinated With The Other Components Of The Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart And, Together With Them, Form A Functional Overall System. The Contractor Must Take This Into Account When Producing The Construction Work. A Detailed Description Of The Interfaces And Responsibilities Can Be Found In The Separate Document “Preliminary Specifications” (= Appendix 1 Of The Tender Documents).
