The Commercial Lease Supporting The Activity Is Granted For A Firm Period Of 15 Years, Has A Planned Effective Date Of July 1, 2027 And The Latest Expiry Date Of June 30, 2042. The Purpose Of The Commercial Lease Is To Describe The Terms And Conditions Under Which The Surface Area Necessary For The Activity Is Made Available To The Successful Holder For The Purpose Of Building And Operating An Ultra-Fast Electric Charging Station For Light Vehicles Within Paris Orly Airport. This Contract Sets Out In Particular The Terms And Conditions Under Which The Successful Holder Pays Aéroports De Paris Rent And Is Remunerated By Marketing Services To Customers.
