The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Complex Digital System To Support Territorial Planning For The Košice Self-Governing Region (Hereinafter Referred To As Ksk). The Goal Of The Project Is To Introduce A Modern, Modular And Scalable Solution That Will Enable Effective Management, Visualization, Analysis And Editing Of Spatial Data And Documents Related To Spatial Planning. The Solution Will Integrate Different Types Of Data And Allow Access To Different Groups Of Users, Including Internal Ksk Employees, Municipalities, Professional Users, As Well As The General Public. The System Will Provide Complex Functionalities, Such As Interactive Map Visualization, Digital Editing Of Spatial Planning Documents, Analytical Tools To Support Decision-Making And The Possibility Of Integration With Existing Information Systems And Data Sources. In Accordance With The Requirements For The Openness Of The System, The Solution Will Be Based On Open Standards And Technologies, Which Will Ensure Independence From A Specific Supplier (Vendor Lock-In) And Long-Term Sustainability. The Delivered Solution Must Be Cloud-Ready With Scalability And High Service Availability. The Supplier Will Also Provide Comprehensive Documentation, Training And System Operation Support. The Method Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By The Contract For The Work, Which Forms An Appendix To These Tender Documents.
