The Solution Will Integrate Different Types Of Data And Allow Access To Different Groups Of Users, Including Internal Ksk Employees, Municipalities, Professional Users, As Well As The General Public. The System Will Provide Complex Functionalities, Such As Interactive Map Visualization, Digital Editing Of Spatial Planning Documents, Analytical Tools To Support Decision-Making And The Possibility Of Integration With Existing Information Systems And Data Sources. In Accordance With The Requirements For The Openness Of The System, The Solution Will Be Based On Open Standards And Technologies, Which Will Ensure Independence From A Specific Supplier (Vendor Lock-In) And Long-Term Sustainability. The Delivered Solution Must Be Cloud-Ready With Scalability And High Service Availability. The Supplier Will Also Provide Comprehensive Documentation, Training And System Operation Support.
