The Subject Of The Order Is: Development Of Electronic Public Administration And Improvement Of The Availability And Quality Of E-Services In The Kołaczkowo Commune Is The Introduction Of Advanced, High-Maturity Public E-Services, Allowing Residents And Business Entities To Comprehensively Handle Official Matters. The Project Envisages The Implementation Of New Public E-Services And It Solutions In The Field Of Supporting Decision-Making And Management Processes (Including: Electronic Document Circulation, Electronic Resident Service Office, Public Information Bulletin), Compatible With The Field Systems Planned For Modernization In The Kołaczkowo Commune Office. Electronic Document Circulation Will Be Implemented In The Commune Office And 7 Organizational Units Of The Commune. 3.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order 3.2.1. The Currently Used Software Will Be Integrated With New Systems Planned For Implementation Under The Project, As Well As Migration And Configuration Of The System To A New Version Of The Database Necessary For The Implementation Of The E-Services System. 3.2.2. Training Will Be Conducted For Employees Who Will Use New Systems Related To E-Services.
