Reconditioning Services Of Rolling Stock – Implementation Of The Opmv Of The Trams-Trains Alstom Citadis Dualis Pays De La Loire. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Study And Construction Of The Opmv And The Modernization Of 24 Tram-Trains Owned By The Pays De La Loire Region. It Includes The Supply Of Parts Necessary For The Operation With The Exception Of Repairable Equipment Parts (Prm) And Repairable Equipment Parts With Endowment (Prmd). The Services On The Trains Will Be Carried Out On A Site Specific To The Contract Holder, A Maximum Number Of 1 Train Is Made Available Simultaneously To The Holder To Carry Out The Opmv And The Routing Of The Tram-Trains. The Holder Will Have To Carry Out The Studies And Work By Taking Charge Of The Analysis Of The Impacts Of Modifications On The Admission Of Renovated Equipment (Sti, National Rules And Msc). Furthermore, He Will Be Responsible For The Production Of Conformity Matrices, Tests And Proofs, The Danger Register, The Analysis Of The Heterogeneous Coupling Of The Trains And The Obtaining Of Evaluation Reports And Certificates From The Organizations (Nobo, Debo And Asbo).
