Each Time, The Ordering Party Will Collect The Plant Material In The Presence Of The Contractor. 3. The Contractor - Supplier Will Provide Plant Material Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Certificate Of Origin Of The Plant Material. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect The Plant Material And To Reject Material That Does Not Meet The Quality Requirements. 4. Materials That Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Will Be Removed From The Facility By The Contractor At The Contractors Expense. 5. The Contractor Ensures The Transport Of Plants In Appropriate Conditions And Unloading At The Delivery Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Remains At The Delivery Place Until All Plants Are Counted In Order To Prepare An Acceptance Report. 6. Flowers Should Be Delivered To The So-Called Danish Carts And Left On The Carts At The Customers Place Until The Flowers Are Planted.
