The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New Version Of Software Updating The Ordering Partys Ris System To A Version With Full Support In Every Patient Service Process, Triage, Worklist And Ai Support, Along With Its Installation And Launch, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Chapter Ii Of The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, Act In Accordance With The Do No Serious Harm (Dnsh) Principle, Specified In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852, In Particular: • Ensured That The Devices Meet Energy Efficiency Requirements, • Ensured The Possession Of The Required Environmental Certificates, • Ensured The Minimization Of Emissions And Environmental Impacts, • Collected And Managed Waste Generated During Delivery, Installation Or Servicing In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy (Prevention, Reuse, Recycling, Recovery, Disposal), • Transport And Installation Of The Devices Were Carried Out In A Manner Minimizing The Impact On The Environment. 4. The Order Consists Of 1 Task. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. In Order To Ensure A Comprehensive Update Of The Ris/Pacs System Operating At The Ordering Party, The Order Should Be Completed By One Contractor. No Division Into Tasks Possible. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Contract - Within A Period Of Up To 45 Calendar Days, However The Day Of Signing The Contract Is Not Included In The Implementation Deadline.
