The Assignment Includes The Contracting Of Services For The Contracting Authority Of The City Of Leuven And The Entities That May Rely On This Framework Agreement. The Tenderer Will Be Responsible For Collecting Overdue Tax And Non-Tax Claims, Such As Municipal Tax Assessments, Municipal Administrative Sanctions, Associated Costs And Interest. In Addition, Various Non-Tax Claims Must Be Collected (Invoices, Recovery Of Wages, Compensation, Etc.). The Assignment Also Includes The Engagement Of A Bailiff For The Collection Of Various Non-Tax Claims On Behalf Of Ocmw Leuven And Childcare Leuven. Finally, The Bailiff Will Also Have To Carry Out Various Ad Hoc Assignments At The Request Of The Client.
