The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of The Entire Mass Of Municipal Waste, Both Mixed And Collected Selectively, Generated And Collected From Residential Properties Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Baranów Commune. 2. Services Should Be Provided: • Regardless Of Weather Conditions, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Such Technologies And Organizational Solutions (Including Sorting Plants, Processing Plants) That Will Enable The Achievement Of The Required Levels, • In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of National Law And All Local Provisions And Regulations Applicable To The Area Of Service Provision, In Particular Provisions Regarding Waste Management, Environmental Protection, Transport And Sanitary Requirements, • The Terms And Expressions Used In This Opz Have The Meaning Consistent With The Provisions On Waste, Including The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And The Act On Waste, • All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Annexes, Draft Contract) Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explanatory In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities Are Found, The Contractor Cannot Limit Either The Scope Of Its Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of Its Obligations Arising From The Contract On The Implementation Of The Public Procurement In Question. 3.
