Miscellaneous Medical Devices And Products - Purchase Of A Set Of 17 Cardiomonitors With 2 Control Units And A Set Of 20 Cardiomonitors With 3 Control Units As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task: Comprehensive Program For The Development Of Care For Cardiac Patients At The Provincial Hospital In Poznań. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Assortment - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz / Annex No. 1 To The Contract - Assortment And Price Form/Opz On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes (Among Others) To: 1) Deliver, Install And Commission The Equipment At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts, 2) Provide The Ordering Party With Detailed Operating Instructions And Rules For Maintaining The Equipment, Warranty Cards In Polish, 3) Train The Ordering Partys Staff In The Field Of Operation And Operation At The Ordering Partys Premises, In The Number Indicated By The Ordering Party After Agreeing The Date With The Ordering Party, Before Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. 4) Carrying Out During The Warranty Period: Warranty Service And Periodic Inspections (In Accordance With The Equipment Manufacturers Guidelines In This Respect), Without Charging Separate Fees 5) Provisions In The Agreement On Not Causing Significant Damage To The Environment 6) Other Requirements Described In Detail In The Annexes To The Swz. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions To The Offer.
