A letter addressed to the pastor of EAR Parish of Mbyo requesting a bid for the project. Business license issued by RDB The RRA certificate shows that he is a VAT payer. The requirement for not paying RSSB contributions for more than 3 months. Proforma of prices for the items being bid. Proof that he/she is providing an EBM invoice Photocopy of identity card The fact that he presents three documents of the place where he performed that work is important.
