The Scope Of Services Includes The Execution Of All Deliveries And Services, Including Coordination, Production, Construction, Assembly, Commissioning And Testing, For The Operational, Functional And Acceptance-Ready Introduction Of An Automation Solution For The Areas Of Clinical Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Hematology, Hemostaseology And Urine Diagnostics For The Halle (Saale) University Hospital, Including Delivery Of The Necessary Reagents, Controls, Calibrators And Other Consumables Over A Contract Period Of 72 Months Three Extension Options For 12 Months Each. Full Automation For The Areas Of Clinical Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Hematology, Hemostaseology And Urine Diagnostics Including Pre- And Post-Analytics Is To Be Offered For Department Ii Of The Dlm (Formerly The Central Laboratory) Of The University Hospital Halle (Saale). Approximately 3.5 Million Analyzes Are Carried Out In These Areas Every Year. The General Contracting Also Includes The Guarantee That The Devices Will Be Operational At All Times And The Implementation Of Maintenance And Repair Measures. The Bidders Should Be Given The Opportunity To Develop Various Concepts, Including Personnel Requirements Concepts, Equipment And Workflow Concepts, Implementation Concepts, Training Concepts, Maintenance And Service Concepts, And To Explain In Detail How The Corresponding Services Can Be Provided. The Remuneration Is Based On The Number Of Reported Analysis Results (Reported Results), Whereby The Individual Components Of The Price Offered (Reagents And Associated Consumables, Controls And Calibrations, Maintenance And Repair As Well As Equipment/Investment Share) Must Be Presented Separately And In Detail. The Bidders Further Services Include: • Optimization Of Sample And Data Traffic With A Bidirectional Connection To The Existing Laboratory Information System • Optimization Of Personnel Deployment • Ensuring Constant Technical Throughput Times (Tat) For Routine Diagnostics As Well As The Shortest Possible Tats • Possibility Of Flexible Adjustment Of The Range Of Devices And Analyzes In The Event Of Future Changes To The Minimum Requirement Range Or Volume, Including Ensuring A Sufficient Capacity Reserve (At Least Approx. 30% Based On The Current One Analysis Numbers) • Maximum Cost Transparency Through Agreed Prices Per Finding (Reported Results).
