Description: The subject of this contract is the provision of comprehensive event organization, cultural production, and communication services for the 2026 Europe Day celebrations in Cyprus. The 2026 Europe Day celebrations in Cyprus occur during a pivotal year, coinciding with the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The 2026 program has been significantly expanded in scale due to higher number of co-organizers and diversified event portfolio: 1. The Diplomatic Reception (8 May 2026, Nicosia): A high-level institutional event at EU House requiring branding (large-scale wooden-frame backdrops), professional acoustic musical performances (Quartet), and specialized technical support for official addresses. 2. The Europe Day Public Festival & EU Village (9 May 2026, Larnaca): A large-scale citizen-engagement event at Foinikoudes promenade. This includes the management of a contemporary orchestra, the design and production of "Priority Villages" (thematic cubes and flags), social media content creation, technical infrastructure (LED screens and power distribution), and a month-long outdoor photo exhibition ("Beneath the Surface") involving specialized logistics and anti-graffiti production. The contract also includes full Project Management and Technical Oversight to ensure the seamless execution of activities across two different cities. Europe Day is the flagship annual event for the EU Institutions. In 2026, this event holds exceptional strategic importance as it coincides with the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU.
