The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of All Risers And Levels Of Domestic And Storm Sewage Systems, Together With The Renovation Of Sanitary Rooms In The Design And Build Formula, In The Building Of The Ministry Of State Assets At Ul. Krucza 36/Wspólna 6 In Warsaw, Carried Out As Part Of The Modernization Of The Building, Consisting In Particular In The Reconstruction And Separation Of The Sanitary And Storm Sewage Systems. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform In Particular: 1) Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Installation Works In The Formula Design And Build Necessary For The Proper Execution Of Works In The Building Of The Ministry Of State Assets At Ul. Krucza 36/Wspólna 6 In Warsaw,2) Design And As-Built Documentation. Investment Supervision Will Be Performed By Supervision Inspectors Appointed By The Ordering Party And Acting On Its Behalf. In The Case Of Performing Sewage Works And Other Works That May Result In Disconnection Of The Entire Sewage System, The Contractor Will Perform These Works Outside The Offices Opening Hours Or On Weekends (Friday After 5 P.M. To Monday Until 6 A.M.), Or If Technically Possible After The Offices Opening Hours From 17:00 To 6:00. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Divide The Order Into Parts. Due To The Conditions Of Participation In The Proceedings Formulated By The Ordering Party, The Order Is Open To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, Which Is Consistent With The Assumptions Of Directive 2014/24/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of February 26, 2014 On Public Procurement. Therefore, Even If The Contract Was A Divisible Contract, Allowing The Submission Of Partial Offers In Order To Open The Contract To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Would Be Pointless. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Or Subcontractor Is Obliged To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Works Including The Implementation Of Sanitary, Electrical And Construction Installations, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract - Art. 22 §1 And Art. 25 §1 Of The Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1320, As Amended). During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Verify The Employment Of The Contractor And Subcontractors, Based On The Employment Contract, On The Terms Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order Within A Maximum Period Of 125 Weeks (875 Days) Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Deadline For Completing The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Deadlines For The Implementation Of Individual Stages Of Work In Weeks, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz
