The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Lighting Over The Main Pitch At The Sports Hall At Al. Piłsudski In Tychy. The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Technical And Executive Design And Stwior For The Selection Of New Luminaires With Adjustment Of The Control/Dimming System And Their Installation Over The Internal Pitch Of The Sports Hall. The Order Should Include The Dismantling And Disposal Of Old Lighting Fixtures And Light Sources. The Installation Of Basic And Emergency Lighting Fixtures Above The Pitch Must Take Place In Housings/Mounting Cassettes Used For The Installation Of Existing Lighting, With Their Possible Adaptation To The Needs Of New Lighting Fixtures And The Dimensions Of Their Light Field. After The Replacement, The Maximum Lighting Intensity Above The Playing Court Must Meet The Requirements For Matches During Tournaments And Television Broadcasts, I.E. Lighting Intensity Of At Least 2,500 Lx. The Lighting Control System Should Allow For Dividing The Lighting Into Sections In Accordance With The Current Division (E.G. Dividing The Pitch Into Parts, Lighting Only The Edges Of The Pitch) And Allow For Reducing The Lighting Intensity (E.G. 75% Of The Basic Intensity, 50% Of The Basic Intensity) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The User, I.E. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Order Documents, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described.2. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.3. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.
