Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In The Design-Build Formula Entitled: Active Space For The Youngest - A Safe And Creative Playground At The Local Government Nursery In Chęciny, A Task Co-Financed From The Labor Fund Under The Ministrys Active Playgrounds Program. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And The Execution Of Construction Works Based On It (The Design-Build Formula) Consisting In The Construction Of Small Architectural Structures And Surfaces In The Area Adjacent To Local Government Nursery In Chęciny For The Investment Task Entitled: Design And Construction Of A Playground At The Local Government Nursery In Chęciny As Part Of The Task Active Space For The Youngest - A Safe And Creative Playground At The Local Government Nursery In Chęciny, Axis. Północ 8 (Plot No. 972/3 And 973/3 Ob.0001 Chęciny). The Task Includes Carrying Out Design Works Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Program. The Task Will Be Implemented In Two Stages: 1) Developing A Concept Based On The Fup, Which Constitutes Annex No. 11 To The Swz, And After Approval, Developing Design Documentation And Obtaining A Construction Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority (Effective Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Construction Permit Is Understood As A Documented Lack Of Objection From The Authority) And Carrying Out Supervision Copyright. The Study Will Include: A) A Map For Design Purposes; B) A Construction Design; C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Indicating The Parameters Of Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Works, D) Bill Of Quantities, E) Cost Estimate Prepared Using The Detailed Method, F) Information Regarding Health And Safety, G) Providing An Electronic Version Of The Project On A Usb Drive 2) Performance Of Construction Works, Including The Delivery And Foundation Of Small Architecture Objects, Playground Equipment And The Construction Of Shock-Absorbing Surfaces. The Scope Of The Order In Accordance With The Ffu Includes: 1. Securing The Area With A Construction Fence 2. Earthworks 3. Determining The Location Of The Planned Structures And Surfaces 4. Construction Works Related To Preparing The Area For The Designed Surfaces, 5. Construction Of The Designed Sand Surfaces 6. Foundation And Assembly Of The Planned Small Architecture Objects 7. Vegetation To Be Planted 8. Construction Of The Hill 9. Construction Of The Fence (Galvanized, Powder-Coated Steel Gate And Panels) 10. Purchase Of Items Not Related To The Land 11. Cleaning Up The Area After Construction Works, 12. Reclamation, Lawn Sowing At The Site Of The Works 13. Cleaning Works, 14. Post-Construction Surveying Acceptance, 15.
