The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Access Road With Parking Spaces At Ul. Father Marian Żelazek In Poznań. The Investment Includes: • Construction Of An Access Road With Parking Spaces At Ul. O. Marian Żelazek• Construction Of Exits And Reconstruction Of Existing Exits,• Construction Of Excavations And Embankments,• Construction Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths,• Construction Of Street Lighting,• Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System,• Reconstruction Of Conflicting Sections Of The Existing Network,• Demolition Of Development Elements Colliding With The Investment,• Cutting Down Of Conflicting Trees And Shrubs,• Securing And Installing Greenery Along With Annual Maintenance,• Making Horizontal Markings And Vertical, • Carrying Out An Inventory Of Greenery In Accordance With The Guidelines And Table Template Constituting Annexes To The Swz. Note: In Terms Of Valuation Of The Remuneration For The Scope Of Greenery Care, The Contractor Should Accept Remuneration Of Up To 3% Of The Remuneration For The Installation Of Greenery, But Not More Than Pln 16,000.00 Gross. Ensuring The Availability Of Facilities And Continuity Of Traffic For The Duration Of The Works1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize Construction Works In Such A Way That Throughout The Entire Period Of Their Implementation, Continuity Of Access And Access Is Ensured For: • Users Of The Facilities, • Residents, • Fans And Participants Of Sports And Mass Events, • Technical And Administrative Services, • Rescue, Security And Municipal Services, To All Operating Facilities On The Investment Premises And In Its Immediate Vicinity.2. Temporary Traffic Organization (Cor) And Any Occupation Of The Road Lane Must Take Into Account: • The Possibility Of Uninterrupted Access To And Access To The Facilities, • Staging Of Works In A Way That Minimizes Communication Difficulties, • Increased Intensity Of Pedestrian And Vehicular Traffic On The Days Of Organizing Large Sports And Mass Events, • Ongoing Arrangements With The Ordering Party And With The Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers (Posir).3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Always Adapt The Work Schedule And The Temporary Traffic Organization To The Calendar Of Events Organized By Posir, Including Introducing Temporary Changes (Technological Crossings, Temporary Pedestrian Routes, Temporary Markings), Without The Right To Financial Claims In This Respect.4. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Access And Access To The Following Facilities And Functions: • Access And Communication Services From The Side Of Ul.
