A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter, Scope And Conditions Of Execution Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Contained In The Template Agreement With Attachments, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, 3) Template Of The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comply With The Dnsh Principle, According To Which The Investment Cannot Have A Negative Impact On The Environment. Information Regarding Dnsh Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Minimum Value Of The Services Provided By The Parties Is 80% Of The Order Value.
