The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Superstructure, Extension And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Peoples House In Parma With A Social Room And Part Of The Garage: − Designed Building Area: 50.16 M2 − Designed Usable Area: 40.70 M2 − Designed Volume: 228.52 M3 Within The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed: − Measurement Works, − Demolition Works, − Earthworks, − Execution Foundations, − Masonry And Masonry Works, − Structure Reinforcement, − Roof Structures, − Roofing, − Facade Works, − Plastering, − Painting And Glazing Works, − Installation Of Window Joinery, − Installation Of Door Joinery, − Paving Works, − Sanitary Works, − Water Supply Installation Works, − Electrical Installation Works, − Lighting Installation, − Accompanying Works4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To Swz:4.1. Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Provided That In A Situation Where The Provisions Of The Contract Specify The Method Of Carrying Out The Works Or Acceptance Or Settlement Of Works In A Manner Different From The Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Contract Are Binding4.2. Annex No. 10 To Swz - Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary)4.3. Annex No. 11 To Swz - Design Documentation5. Warranty:5.1. The Length Of The Quality Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works And Delivered And Incorporated Materials Is Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report And Constitutes A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. 5.2. The Ordering Party Specifies It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months (Minimum Deadline) To 60 Months (Maximum Deadline). 5.3. The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical Defects Under The Terms Set Out In § 11 Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 5 To The Agreement.
