The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Adaptation, Expansion, Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Existing Office And Administration Building At Ul. Niedurnego 6 In Gliwice, Along With Land Development, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Including In Particular: 2.1. Developing Complete Design Documentation And Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Technical Conditions, Administrative Decisions And Permits Necessary To Implement The Investment, Including Obtaining A Building Permit And, If Required, Also An Occupancy Permit;2.2. Execution Of Preparatory And Demolition Works, Including In Particular: • Disassembly Of Window And Door Joinery, • Demolition Of Partition Walls, • Demolition Of Existing Ceilings, Staircases, Flat Roofs And Other Elements To Be Removed, • Demolition Of The Extension On The North Side Along With The Liquidation Of The Basement Floor, • Demolition Of The Indicated Hardening And Other Elements Colliding With The Investment; 2.3.
