The Subject Of This Order Is The Reconstruction Of Rooms Into Bathrooms In The Building Of Student Dormitory No. 2 At Ul. Karolkowa 84 In Warsaw, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 8), Covering Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Conversion Of Rooms Into Bathrooms, In Accordance With The Assumptions Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2) Stage Ii - Execution Construction Works, Based On The Developed Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Referred To In Point 1), Together With The Performance Of Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of Construction Works, - In Compliance With The Deadlines Specified In Chapter Iv Of The Swz, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
