The Subject Of The Intention Is To Prepare A Design For The Reconstruction Of The Existing Steel Structure Of The Greenhouse, Adapting It For The Needs Of The Construction Of A Painting Hall Located On The Base At Ul. Pod Lasem 64 In Rybnik, On Plot No. 1477/12. The Dimensions Of The Foundation Of The Current Greenhouse Structure Are 30 M X 6 M. The New Painting Shop Facility Should Have Three Rooms: - Pre-Treatment, Mechanical And Laser Cleaning Of Steel Elements. - Painting Room Cabin. - Storage Room For Paints, Varnishes, Solvents. The Design Must Include All Necessary Installations For Proper Operation Of The Painting Shop And Technical Rooms In Accordance With Regulations And Year-Round. The Scope Of Work Related To The Project Includes: - 4 Copies Of The Land Development Design. - 4 Copies Of The Architectural And Construction Design - 3 Copies Of The Technical Design Of The Hall And All Necessary Installations - 2 Copies Of The Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities. - 2 Copies Of The Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - 1 Copy Of All Components In An Electronic Version. The Designs Must Be Made In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Construction Art. The Contractors Obligations Include: • Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz And This Contract, • Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. In Particularly Justified Cases, Where It Is Not Possible To Prepare A Study In Accordance With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, The Contractor Should Obtain Derogations From These Regulations. • Preparation Of All Necessary Design Studies Together With The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, Obtaining On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party All Arrangements, Permits, Permits, Decisions And Approvals Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements. • Presenting And Obtaining Approval From The Ordering Party Of The Technical Solutions Used • Developing Documents And Designs That May Be Necessary In The Future For The Construction And Use Of The Facility That Is The Subject Of The Order. • Obtaining The Employers Approval For The Developed Design Assumptions; • Ensuring The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order By Persons With Appropriate Construction Qualifications, • Performing Coordination Functions In Relation To Subcontractors. • Implementation Of Projects In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Environmental Protection Regulations. • Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete Design Documentatio
