Jan Siestryński In Wejherowo - Beneficiaries Of The Project Entitled The Health Of Employees Of Schools And Educational Institutions Run By The Pomeranian Voivodeship Government.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Organizing And Conducting Away Workshops For 134 People On June 29 - 30, 2026, Covering The Following Topics: 1) Voice Emission And Hygiene Of The Speech Organ 2) Learning Proper Breathing Using The Feldenkrais Method 3) Healthy Eating 4) Ergonomics In The Office And Its Use At The Workplace. 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Provide Transport For Workshop Participants, 2) Provide A Place For The Workshops, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Annex No. 4 To The Swz, 3) Provide Accommodation And Meals For Workshop Participants, 4) Provide Insurance For Workshop Participants, 5) Develop A Workshop Program, 6) Conduct Workshops On The Date And Place Indicated In The Offer, 7) Provide Teaching Staff With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Swz, 8) Provide Training Materials And Supplies To Workshop Participants Useful For Participating In Workshops.4. Place Of Order Fulfillment: 1) A Facility With The Conditions Required For At Least A Three-Star Hotel 2) A Minimum Of 7 Separate Conference Rooms 3) A Facility Located At Least 25 Kilometers From The Seat Of The Ordering Party Osw No. 2 In Wejherowo (But No Further Than 70 Km From The Seat Of The Ordering Party), 4) A Facility Located On A Natural Water Body (Lake, Bay, Sea), I.E. A Maximum Of 600 Meters From The Coastline, With Direct Access To This Body Of Water, With Access To The Walking Trail 5) Required Accommodation Of Participants In One Facility During The Entire Workshop
