6.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Operational Leasing Of A Type C Ambulance Over 3.8 Tons (Gvw Over 3.8 Tons) Along With An Electric And Hydraulic Stretcher With A Lifting Capacity Of Over 300 Kg For The Hospital Of Bytów County Sp. Z O. O. The Purchase And Equipment Of The Vehicle Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.6.2. The Detailed Specification Of The Vehicle And Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Lease Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete And Attach To The Offer. The Parameters Of The Vehicle And Additional Equipment Presented In The Attachment Are Strictly Required Under Pain Of Rejection Of The Offer. The Table In The Column Required Conditions (Parameters) For The Base Car, Medical Equipment And Stretcher In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Are The Minimum Requirements That The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Must Meet.
