The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Investor Supervision Over The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The War Headquarters (Wielkopolska Insurgents), Consisting Of Demolition Works, Construction Of A New Fence And Inscriptions, Construction Of New Surfaces, Construction Of New Tombstone Monuments, Renovation Of The Main Monument, Execution Of New Sheet Metal Work, And Construction Of New Plaques With Inscriptions.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 9.3. Construction Works Covered By Investor Supervision Are Described In The Following Documents: 1) Modernization Project Of The War Headquarters - Annex No. 10, 2) Detailed Technical Specifications - Annex No. 11, 3) Inscriptions On Monuments - Annex No. 12, 4) Artistic Concept Of The Development Of The Quarters - Annex No. 13, 5) Bill Of Quantities.Pdf - Annex No. 14. 4. Other Requirements And Notes.4.1. The Supervision Inspector Cannot Independently (Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party) Make Decisions That Have Financial Consequences For The Commune Of Ostrów Wielkopolski.4.2. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Scope Of The Order Includes Investor Supervision Over Construction Works In The Construction Industry, Which Complement Each Other And Determine The Proper Execution Of The Works. Therefore, From An Engineering Point Of View, It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Separate Stages So As Not To Cause Complications During The Execution Of The Order. Moreover, The Subject Of The Contract May Be Performed Entirely By Smes.
