The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Advisory Services - Advice From A Patent Attorney, In Particular For The Needs Of The Esa Bic Project, Including: 1) Legal Advice In The Field Of Intellectual Property Rights, 2) Training In The Field Of Intellectual Property Rights And Conducting Conferences, 3) Issuing Opinions On Technology Or Products In The Field Of Intellectual Property Rights, 4) Advice And Participation In The Scope Of Negotiations And Concluded Contracts, 5) Assessment Of The Legal Status Of Own Inventions, Designs And Trademarks, 6) Advice And Assistance Regarding Negotiations And Concluding A Contract, 7) Opinion On Technology Or Product In The Field Of Intellectual Property Rights, 8) Checking The Legal Status Of Own Inventions, Designs And Trademarks, 9) Assistance In Preparing The Application Form For Granting A Patent. The Services Will Be Provided In The Form Of On-Call Hours In The Technology Incubator Building (Jasionka 954) - The On-Call Hours Will Be 5 Hours A Week (Work From 9:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. One Day A Week). A Total Of 20 Hours Per Month. 240 Hours Throughout The Entire Contract Period.
