The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Development Of Complete Documentation Of The Architectural, Construction And Executive Design In Each Industry For The Task Entitled: Construction Of U-1 Category Underground Hiding Places In The Event Of War, Serving As Underground Garages In Peacetime. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (1St Design Stage) Includes, Among Others: • Preparation Of A Construction And Installation Inventory Of The Area To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of Design Documentation. • Preparation Of An Inventory Of Greenery. • Preparation Of Geotechnical And Geological Research (To The Extent Required By Regulations) For The Planned Investment, Judgments And Expert Opinions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment Task. • Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes. • Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Project. Architectural And Construction (Including The Necessary Arrangements) And Technical Design. •Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit.•Developing Multi-Discipline, Complete And Inter-Industry Coordinated Executive Documentation Regarding The Investment Project In Question.•Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Each Type Of Construction Works.•Developing Detailed Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates.•Performing Authors Supervision Over The Investment During The Implementation Of The Works Based On The Documentation For The Subject Task.• Transfer To The Ordering Partys Proprietary Rights To The Documentation Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights. The Scope Of Copyright Is Specified In § 4(5) Of The Draft Agreement.
