Whenever The Order Documents Or Announcement Mention Vehicle, It Should Be Understood As A Utv Vehicle With A Fire Extinguishing Module And A Trailer. The Vehicle Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete And Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects (The Vehicle Cannot Be The Subject Of A Lien And Cannot Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties). Vehicle Produced No Earlier Than 2025, Ready For Use. The Vehicle Cannot Be Registered. The Subject Of The Order Must: A) Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, B) Be Marked With Operational Numbers State Fire Service In Accordance With Order No. 6 Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service Of May 8, 2025 On Transport Management In Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service (Journal Of Laws Of The State Fire Service Kg, Item 9, As Amended), C) Meet The Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Instruction On The Organization Of Communications Radio, Introduced By Order No. 8 Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service Of April 5, 2019 (Journal Of Laws Of The State Fire Service Kg 2019, Item 7), D) Have An Approval Certificate Or An Ec Certificate Of Conformity, E) Have The Necessary Documents To Register The Vehicle In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. Moreover, When Executing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Other Detailed Provisions Not Mentioned Above Regarding The Subject Of The Order.
