The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Together With The Preparation And Acquisition Of The Necessary Documents Provided For By Applicable Law To Obtain Consent To Carry Out The Investment Entitled: Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 561033K In Gorzków And Byszyce - Stage I (Over A Section Of Approx. 400 M). The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Technical Specification) Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 2. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Act Of April 23, 1964 Civil Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 1071, 1172, 1508, As Amended) And The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended).3. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents, I.E. In Particular In The Technical Documentation, In The Bill Of Quantities And In The Detailed Technical Specifications. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
