The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Transport And Unloading Of Materials For The Maintenance Of District Roads In The Kolno County In 2026 In The Following Assortment: - Gravel Mix - 300 M3 - Sand With A Fraction Of 0-2 Mm - 200 T - Sand With A Fraction Of 0-3 Mm - 200 T - A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction 0-31.5 Mm, C50/30 – 1700 M3 - Crushed Grit With A Fraction Of 2.0-5.0 Mm – 250 T - Crushed Grit With A Fraction Of 5.0-11.0 Mm – 250 T1) Presented In Section 1 Delivery Quantities Are Forecast Values. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity During The Execution Of The Order As Needed And Up To The Value Assumed In The Budget Plan. Failure By The Ordering Party To Perform The Contract In The Above-Mentioned Quantities Does Not Require Giving Reasons And Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Rotate The Quantity Of Ordered Road Materials In The Event Of No Demand For A Given Material, The Scope Of Supplies Of Other Materials For Which There Will Be Greater Demand Will Be Increased. 2) The Ordering Party May Order, During The Execution Of The Contract, A Quantitative Scope Smaller Than That Indicated In Section 1, However, Not Less Than 50% Of The Value Of The Contractors Remuneration Determined In Accordance With § 4 Section 1. Of The Contract.3) Deliveries Of Materials Will Be Made Successively, In Quantities And To Places Designated By The Ordering Party In The Kolno County On Weekdays From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.4) With Each Delivery Of Material, The Contractor Will Provide A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party To Accept The Material With A Document Confirming The Delivery Of The Material, Containing The Following Information: - Date Of Delivery, - Quantity And Type Of Material Delivered, - Signatures Of The Representative Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party.5) In Addition To The Sale Of The Material Itself, The Delivery Includes: Loading, Unloading And Transport.6) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Goods Being The Subject Of The Contract With Parameters Consistent With Applicable Technical And Quality Standards.7) In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Supplied Material, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Take Samples Of The Supplied Material.8) The Collected Samples Will Be Sent To The Laboratory To Test Their Compliance With The Parameters Described In Section 1.9) In The Event Of Non-Compliance Of The Delivered Material With The Parameters Described In Section 1 The Contractor Will Bear The Cost Of The Tests Referred To In Point 8) And Will Replace The Defective Material Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Providing The Information Referred To Above By The Ordering Party.
