The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Authors Care And Technical Assistance And To Provide Hosting Services For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract Of The Education Management System (Szo) And The Szo Hr And Payroll (Kp) Module Owned By The Wałbrzych Commune.2. As Part Of The Care And Technical Assistance Service, The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To: A) Provide Technical Assistance To Software Users On Business Days (I.E. From Monday To Friday) From 8.00 A.M. To 4.00 P.M.; B) Adapting The Kp System And Software To The Currently Applicable Legal Status, Statutory Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Poland, Used Or Applicable In The Software; C) Authentication Of Servers Using Certificates. As Part Of The Hosting Service, The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide Sufficient Space On The Server And Constant (24 Hours A Day) Maintenance Of The System On The Contractors Internet Servers, Enabling Access To The System Via The Internet.
