4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Devices And Software That Increase Resistance To Cyber Attacks, Including Implementation As Part Of The Cybersecure Municipality Of Ulan-Majorat Project.4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of:  Ups Uninterruptible Power Supply - 1 Pc.  Network Inventory Software - 1 Pc.  Power Generator - 1 Pc.  Nas Server - 1 Pc.  Cloud Space (Service) - 1 Pc.  Server - 1 Pc.  Ups Power Supply - 1 Pc.  Switch - 1 Pc. And Conducting Product Training From Purchased Equipment - 1 Piece. The Delivered Equipment Should Be Unused, Not Refurbished, Complete, Manufactured No Earlier Than January 2023, Delivered In The Original Packaging (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Protected By The Manufacturer) Along With The Cables Needed For Operation, With Appropriate Software, Having The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law And Not Requiring Any Additional Expenditure, Ready For Operation. The Equipment Must Be Fully Operational, Undamaged, Free From Any Legal Defects, Including Any Rights Of Third Parties And Other Encumbrances And Security Interests Of Third Parties Or Their Property Rights, And Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of Delivery Also Includes Assembly (Installation), Equipment Configuration And Implementation.4.3.
