The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Crushed Gravel (Grits) With Fractions Of 2-5 Mm And 5-11 Mm Meeting The Standards Pn - En 13043:2004 Intended For Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To: The Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Notifying The Contractor By Telephone. The Cost Of Transport Should Be Included In The Price Of 1 Ton Of Aggregate. The Ordered Material Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At Ul. Nowogródzka 1 In Mrągowo. The Detailed Scope Of Supplies Includes: Crushed Gravel 2 - 5 Mm In A Maximum Quantity Of 700 Tons, Crushed Gravel 5 - 11 Mm In A Maximum Quantity Of 200 Tons. One-Time Delivery - Approx. 30 Tons Of Each Product. The Quantities Of Materials Given In Point 1 Constitute The Estimated Demand That The Ordering Party Expects To Purchase During The Term Of The Contract. Due To Failure To Purchase The Entire Amount Of Materials Indicated In Point 1, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.
