A) Part I Furniture, Kitchen And Bedding Accessories, Electronics - Includes The Delivery Of The Assortment Described In Detail In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz (At The Same Time, It Serves As A Description Of The Subject Of The Order)2) Requirements Common To All Parts Included In The Offer Price: A) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Complete Equipment Along With The Necessary Accessories, Materials And Cabling, B) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And To Assemble The Delivered Equipment And Devices At The Place Of Their Use. C) The Contractor Shall Bear The Costs Of Delivery, Assembly And Replacement Of Elements Found To Be Defective. D) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver New Goods Of A Quality Consistent With Polish Standards Appropriate To Their Function And Purpose. E) The Offered Equipment: Furniture, Teaching Aids, Toys, Devices And Other Equipment Should Meet Occupational Health And Safety Standards For Use In Educational Institutions Such As Nurseries And Kindergartens, If Required By Other Provisions Of Polish Law, They Should Have, Among Others: Appropriate Quality Specifications Or Certificates And Marking. F) If The Goods Are Delivered With Visible Signs Of Mechanical Damage (Dents, Cracks, Fractures, Etc.), The Ordering Party Demands The Immediate Replacement Of The Goods With Defect-Free Ones, Under Pain Of Emergency Purchase. Intervention Purchase Is Understood As The Purchase Of Full-Value Goods From Another Supplier, At The Sole Expense Of The Contractor. The Costs Of Goods Purchased As Part Of The Intervention Purchase Will Be Deducted From The Contractors Due Remuneration. G) The Contractor Will Conduct Training In The Operation, Use And Maintenance Of The Supplied Equipment/Devices, H) The Contractor Will Provide Instructions For Use, Use And Maintenance Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment In Polish, I) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Constituting Proof Of Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract (Including Certificates, Warranty Cards, Test And Inspection Protocols, Operation And Maintenance Instructions) In Polish, J) The Contractor Will Ensure The Servicing Of The Equipment/Devices During The Warranty Period. K) In Under The Contract, Equipment, Accessories And Machines Will Be Delivered To The Following Address: Gminny Żłobek In Radłowo Ul. Szkolna 1, 33-130 Radłów (Including Their Unloading And Transport To The Installation Site). L) The Given Quantities And Assortment Listed In Annexes No. 3.1 To 3.2 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Assortment And Price Form Are Valid Until The End Of The Contract Implementation Period. M) Required Period Of Liability Under The Warranty For Defects Is 24 Months N) Required Period Of Liability Under The Quality Guarantee Is At Least 24 Months (In Accordance With The Contractors Offer)
