The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In The Road Industry For A Task Involving The Renovation Of A Section Of District Road No. 2789D With A Length Of 675 Meters, At Km 0+000 - 0+675, Along With Obtaining The Administrative Decisions Required By Law (Including: Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions, Technical Conditions), Including A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or, If Necessary, A Final Decision On Building Permit, Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Scope Of The Planned Project Includes In Particular: - Renovation Of The Road With Its Substructure, - Renovation Of Road Drainage, Including Renovation Of Road Culverts And Unblocking Roadside Ditches, - Regulation Of Roadside Greenery, Including, Among Others, Removing Bushes, Caring For Trees Or Cutting Them Down To The Extent Necessary. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Perform Authors Supervision, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended): - Hereinafter Referred To As The Db Act.
