The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of Oral Care Products/Oral Hygiene Accessories. Product Descriptions Are Given In Appendix 1. The Tender Is Divided Into 13 Parts. The Offer May Be Submitted For One Or More Parts. The Names, Descriptions And Expected Quantities Of The Oral Care Products/Oral Hygiene Accessories Included In The Shopping Basket Are Presented In Appendix 1. The Procurer Has The Right To Also Purchase Oral Care Products/Oral Hygiene Accessories Outside The Shopping Basket, Based On The Retail Price According To The Offerers Current Price List, To Which The Offered Discount Percentage Is Applied. The Discount Percentage Is Binding On The Offeror And May Not Decrease For The Procurer During The Validity Of The Framework Agreement.
