Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into Contracts That Cover Stavanger Municipality And Sandnes Municipalitys Needs For Annual Maintenance Of Gas Plants With Flammable Gas In Categories 1 And 2, As Well As Materials, Equipment And Facilities That Are Necessary For The Work. The Procurement Also Includes Planning, Installation Of New Facilities, Dismantling Of Existing Facilities, Purification Of System Water, Changes And Repairs, As Well As Final Inspection And Three-Yearly Systematic Condition Control Of The Gas Facilities. The Municipalities Intend To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Joint Supplier, Who Will Attach An Independent Inspector (Subcontractor – Separate Legal Entity) To Carry Out Final Inspection And Three-Yearly Systematic Condition Inspection Of The Gas Installations.
