Through The Smelter Project, Trondheim Municipality Will Develop A Facility That Effectively Solves Two Major Municipal Functions, A Health And Welfare Center And A Secondary School That Is Well Integrated In The Neighbourhood, And Utilizes The Potential Of The Site And The Program To Become An Important Meeting Point And Destination In The District. The Project Must Contribute To Attractive And People-Friendly Urban Development. In This Regard, The Client Needs To Enter Into A Contract For Architectural And Consultancy Services In The Project, I.E. For An Interdisciplinary Team To Prepare An Outline Project In Close Collaboration With The Client.
