This Means That If The Tenderer Is Awarded Sub-Area 1, And Then Does Not Have Sufficient Financial Solidity And Resources To Fulfill The Qualification Requirements In Both Areas, The Tenderer Will Not Be Eligible For Participation In Sub-Area 2.
