This Surfq Seeks To Pre-Qualify Experienced General Contractors With The Demonstrated Skills And Expertise Required To Complete Interior Renovations For The Court Of Appeal, Vancouver Law Courts (800 Smithe Steet), A General Refit Of The Court Of Appeal To Improve Accessibility, Acoustics, Lighting, Ergonomics, And Technology To Allow For Improved In Person And Virtual Proceedings.Following Evaluation Of The Surfq Responses And Shortlisting, The Province Intends To Issue An Invitation To Tender Using The Ccdc-2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract, Including Applicable Supplementary Conditions And Project Specific Amendments.Eligibility For An Invitation To The Subsequent Tender Is Conditional Upon The Qualified Named Key Personnel Identified In This Surfq Holding A Current Bc Courthouse Security Clearance Prior To The Tender Being Issued.
