The Tender Is Requested For The Construction Work Of The Harju School Located On Toivonkatu In Lohja In Accordance With This Request For Tender And The Attachments. The Subject Of The Repair Is The Water Roofs, Facades And The New Ventilation Machine Rooms To Be Placed In The Attic Of The Harju School Located In Lohja, With Equipment And Duct Changes. The Repair Is Aimed At The Water Roofs Of The Two Parts Of The School, Parts A And B. The Old Water Roof Covering Structures Will Be Dismantled Down To The Old Sparse Planking. Wooden Parts That Are Possibly In Poor Condition Will Be Renewed. We Will Install A Cream Base Cover And A New Machine Seam Sheet Cover. In The Ventilation Space Of The Upper Floor, A New Layer Of Blown Wool Will Be Added And Wind Deflectors Will Be Installed In The Peripheral Areas. In Addition, During The Repair, All Roof Hatches Will Be Renewed, Opposite Slopes Will Be Added To The Flues, And Gutters, Downspouts, Roof Bridges And Safety Equipment For The Water Roof Will Be Renewed. Old Roof Equipment Will Also Be Reinstalled To The Extent Shown In The Documents. The Plaster Surfaces Of The Facades Of Part A Will Be Patched. In Part B, Individual Damages To The Plastered Facade Surface Are Repaired. The Form Of Implementation Of The Project Is A Fixed-Price Total Contract. In Accordance With Yse 1998 § 1, The Contract Includes All Construction Work Defined For The Contractor In The Contract Documents, Fully Completed. The Contract Also Includes Side Obligations Not Recorded In The Contract Documents According To Yse 1998 § 2. The Contractor Of The Construction Works Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation Yse 1998 §4.
