The Target Of The Project Is The Hämeenkylä Church Located In Hämeenkylä, Vantaa, The Original Part Of Which Was Built In 1966 And Expanded In 1992. The Client Will Carry Out Repairs And Alterations In The Property In Stages. This Contract Program Applies To Phase 4 Of The Renovation Contract, Which Includes Space Changes To Be Made In The 1St Floor Change Area As Well As Other Repair And Modification Works In The Scope Of The Tender Documents, Fully Completed. All The Demolition Work In The Conversion Area Has Already Been Done As A Separate Project Of The Customer. It Is Possible To Start Work Only After The Permit Applied For In The Change Area Has Received Legal Force. The Contract Includes All The Contractors Official Obligations Related To The Permit, E.G. Approval Of Respective Foremen, Inspections, Inspection Documents.
