The Customer Chooses One Supplier. The Selection Criteria Is The Cheapest Price. Quality Is Ensured By Mandatory Requirements. Products Are Procured As Needed During The Contract Period. The Procurement Quantities Indicated In The Request For Tender Are Estimated Consumption Quantities Calculated For Four Years And They Are Notified To Bidders Only To Support The Making Of The Tender. The Procurement Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Entity, But The Actual Consumption May Be Higher Or Lower.
