This Is A Preliminary Schedule, Which Will Become More Detailed As The Preparation Progresses. The Purpose Of This Announcement Is To Give Service Providers Operating In The Market Advance Information About The Planned Procurement, Start A Dialogue With The Market, Survey The Supplier Market And Get Information About The Solutions Available On The Market For The Customers Needs. Based On The Answers Received, The Customer Evaluates The Readiness, Comprehensiveness And Suitability Of The Solutions In Relation To Its Own Operation And The Requirements Arising From It. This Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Tender, And The Announcement Does Not Oblige The Customer To Carry Out The Procurement. The Client Emphasizes That The Presented Plans Are Preliminary, And The Procurement May Not Be Carried Out In The Form Presented. The Clients Radiology Unit Produces Ct, Mri, Uä And Native X-Ray Examinations For The Customers Of The Wellness Area, And Its Own Capacity Is Supplemented With Purchasing Services. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Expert Services Of A Radiology Specialist, Which Include Research Service As A Local Service And A Remote Opinion Service. The Procurement Is Intended To Be Divided Into Parts. The Subscriber Orders Services To Support His Own Service Production According To The Current Need, And The Contract Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Services Are Described In More Detail In The Service Description Appendix. The Customer Requests Comprehensive And Concrete Views From The Service Providers To Support The Preparation Of The Procurement. Service Providers Are Asked To Provide A Written Description Of The Service They Provide As Well As Reasoned Comments On The Prepared Service Description And Draft Contract. In Addition, Service Providers Are Asked To Present Their Views On The Implementation Of The Service, Development Opportunities And Possible Alternative Implementation Methods. The Answers Must Be Submitted Via The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Portal By 12:00 On April 2, 2026 At The Latest. The Submitted Material Must Be In Finnish. The Submitted Answers Are Not Public.
