The Subject Of This Order Is Aimed At Providing A Complex Solution For Backup And Data Protection For The Needs Of The University Of National And World Economy, Which Aims To: Provide A Single Platform For Archiving Data With A Volume Of 60Tv And Additional Licenses For Extended Functionalities For The Database; Remote Monitoring And Control For 80 Endpoints; The Backup Solution Should Have A Unified Web-Based Management; Protection Of The Arrays That Are Archived From Cryptoviruses (Ransomware); Data To Be Archived In The Contractors Data Center Located In Bulgaria; Quick And Easy Restoration Of Archives; The Data Center Must Necessarily Be Owned By The Contractor And Located On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. It Infrastructure Must Be Located In It, Where The Management Of The Software Platform And The Archiving Of The Data Of The Employer Are Carried Out. The Contracting Authority Has Identified Risks That Are Specified In The Content Of The Technical Specification, For Which The Participants Must Offer, In The Content Of Their Technical Proposal, Measures To Prevent And Overcome. The Contracting Authority Pays A Monthly Subscription Fee For The Provision Of Rights To Use Backup, Archive And Recovery Of Data And The Price For Installation And Integration Of The Service, As Follows: 1. Price For A Monthly Subscription Fee - Payable Within 30 (Thirty) Days Following The Month To Which It Refers, After Presentation Of A Signed Acceptance-Transmission Protocol And Original Invoice.; 2. A One-Time Price For Installation And Integration Of The Service, After Its Implementation /Cannot Exceed 3,050.00 Euros Without Vat/ - Payable Within 30 (Thirty) Days Of Presentation Of A Signed Handover Protocol And Original Invoice. Term Of The Contract - The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 1 /One/ Year And Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Signing. The Warranty Maintenance Period Is 12 (Twelve) Months
