In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, It Is Planned To Carry Out Construction And Assembly Works Under The Project Construction Of A Riverside Bike Path In The Town Of Tryavna / Tepavici Square - Bozhkovska Polyana Park, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Assembly Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills; • Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Periods Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation. An Investment Project Has Been Prepared, Agreed And Approved For The Site And A Construction Permit No. 47 Of 07.10.2024 Has Been Issued To The Chief Architect Of Tryavna Municipality, According To Which The Construction Is Of The Fourth Category.
