In The Implementation Of This Public Contract, A Contractor For Construction And Installation Works Should Be Identified For The Implementation Of The Smr - Water Supply Of The Village Of Kisiytsite, Municipality Of Tryavna. In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works Under The Project Implementation Of Smr - Water Supply Of The Village Of Kisiytsite, Municipality Of Tryavna Is Foreseen, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Assembly Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills; • Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Periods Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation.
