All Types Of Activities Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement Should Comply With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Described In This Documentation. The Services Should Be Provided Through Continuous Subscription Technical Support In Accordance With The Acts Regulating Their Provision Activities: Ordinance On The Safe Operation And Technical Supervision Of Elevators (Nbetna); The Prescriptions (Instructions) Of The Manufacturer; All Current And Applicable Legal Acts At The Time Of Performance Of The Services. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Provided By The Contracting Authority Is In The Amount Of 88,811.40 Euros. (Eighty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred And Eleven Euros And Forty Cents) Without Vat, With The Contracting Authority Limiting Itself To It, Distributed As Follows: Up To Eur 32,569.73 Excluding Vat For Subscription Maintenance Of The Elevator Systems Of Umbal Sveta Marina Ead, For The Term Of The Contract Up To Eur 56,241.67 Excluding Vat For Planned Repairs During Non-Working Hours Or On Weekends And Purchase Of Spare Parts And Consumables, In The Event Of A Need For Replacement/Repair;
