The Order Includes A Total Of 9 / Nine / Separate Positions, Which Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 1, B. B Of The Ppa, As In The Technical Specification /Appendix 1/, Approximate Estimated Quantities In A Unit Of Measurement For Each Individual Item Close To What Is Actually Purchased By The Contracting Authority Are Indicated. The Specified Quantity Is Estimated Based On Annual Consumption From The Previous Year For Each Individual Item, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Request For Delivery The Entire Quantity Specified In The Public Procurement Specification, But Has The Right To Request Quantities According To Its Actual Needs. From Specific Position 1 To Specific Position 6 Are Medicinal Products Included In Appendix 2 Of The Spc; Specific Item 7, Specific Item 8 And Specific Item 9 Are Medicinal Products Outside Of Annex 2 Of The Spc. Term For The Execution Of The Order - 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract For The Public Procurement. Deadline For Delivery Of Requested Medicinal Products - Up To 3 /Three/ Calendar Days After Receipt Of Request. The Request Is Submitted At The Choice Of The Contracting Authority, By Phone Or By E-Mail. Periodicity Of Requests - Once A Month, Based On Estimated Estimates, The Contracting Authority Makes A Request For The Required Quantities For Each Individual Position For The Following Month. Depending On His Specific Needs Based On The Patients Admitted During The Month, If Necessary, The Contracting Authority Makes Separate (Supplementary) Requests. Acceptance And Accounting Of Deliveries - The Date Of Delivery Is Considered The Date On Which The Goods Were Received By The Contracting Party At The Place Of Performance, According To The Acceptance-Handover Protocol. Place Of Performance - Deliveries Will Be Made To The Following Address Of The Contracting Authority: City Of Varna, 100 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Sbaloz Dr. M.A. Markov - Varna Eood, Hospital Pharmacy; The Medicinal Products That Will Be Supplied To Sbaloz Dr. M.A. Markov - Varna Eood Cannot Have A Residual Shelf Life Of Less Than 12 /Twelve/ Months From The One Declared By The Manufacturer On The Packaging At The Date Of Delivery, And This Circumstance Must Be Stated In The Bids Of The Participants For The Execution Of The Public Procurement.
